As a small business owner who creates everything by hand, I put a lot of care into making each piece to the highest standard possible. Because of this, I do not accept returns for items that are no longer wanted or simply changed your mind.
I only accept returns if there has been an error on my side, such as a fault in the craftsmanship or an incorrect item being sent. Or an issue in transit i.e. an item breaking. If you believe your order falls under this, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help resolve it.

Various places, including from my travels across Europe, responsible retailers or local gem shows. I do not have a sole “supplier”.
You can find videos of me selecting my gems and beads over on my socials!

Sterling Silver: I use 925 sterling silver sourced from CooksonGold and crafted from 100% recycled silver. Sterling silver is generally considered hypoallergenic and is one of the safest metal choices for those with sensitive skin. As this is a recycled material, I cannot guarantee that it is completely free from trace elements such as nickel, although any presence would be expected to be minimal. Like all precious metals, sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time, but it can be easily restored to a bright shine with gentle polishing and regular care.

Short answer… absolutely. All metals evolve with time, and a little wear is completely normal. A quick polish with a jewellery cloth will revive the shine and keep your pieces looking fresh.
To minimise tarnish;
Store in airtight bags
Use anti-tarnish strips
Avoid exposure to sulphur, perfumes and humidity
Polish periodically with a silver cloth

Absolutely! Custom requests are a huge part of how I grow as a designer and jeweller. Whether you’re treating yourself, celebrating a special occasion, or creating something sentimental, I’m always happy to explore your ideas and see what’s possible.
If you head over to my “Contact” page and send an email, I’ll do my best to reply within 1–3 business days, depending on how busy I am. Please remember to check your spam folder, as my replies sometimes end up there.
If email isn’t your thing, you’re welcome to message me on Instagram or TikTok instead.
